March 22William J. Davenport, 30, of Sussex was sentenced to a credit for 17 months time already served in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility and three years of probation.
He must also abstain from any alcohol or drugs, undergo a TASC evaluation and Mental Health evaluation and follow all recommendations and seek counseling and complete 12 hours of IDRC.
The defendant must also pay $919 in court fines and fees.
He pleaded guilty on Feb. 6, 2019, to third degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and third degree Witness Tampering.
The defendant was in possession of a shotgun when pulled over by New Jersey State Troopers for a motor vehicle violation. He was also making threatening comments to a witness in another matter.
Michael Collett, 33, of Mine Hill was sentenced to three years of probation with credit for 12 days of time served. He was ordered to submit to a TASC evaluation and follow any and all recommendations made from same, cooperate in the prosecution of the co-defendant, and pay all mandatory minimums including fines, fees and penalties totaling $1,938. His driver license was ordered suspended for six months.
He pleaded guilty on Feb. 7, 2019, to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third-degree crime, Hindering Apprehension, a disorderly persons offense, and Driving While Suspended, a motor vehicle offense.
On Dec. 14, 2018, Andover Police stopped a vehicle operated by Collett for a motor vehicle offense. The defendant was in possession of heroin, provided a false name to police, and was driving while suspended.
Crystal Nunes, 34, of Clinton was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 530 days of gap time. She was ordered to complete 25 days of community service work and pay restitution of $640.88 and fines and fees totaling $155.
She pled guilty on Feb. 4, 2019, to Shoplifting, a fourth degree crime.
April 1Jason G. Slater, 35, of Neptune pleaded guilty to impersonating a law enforcement officer, a crime of the fourth degree.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 14.
The defendant admitted calling Hopatcong Police Department and impersonating a Sheriff’s Officer from Bergen County to find out if there was an active arrest warrant for him.
David Washer, 34, of Paterson pleaded guilty to shoplifting, a fourth-degree crime.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 17.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to taking merchandise from the Newton Weis on Jan. 10, without paying.
