Tikcetts are now on sale for the 2019 New Jersey Wine & Food Festival at Crystal Springs Resort, taking place from April 12-19.
This prestigious showcase for top culinary talent, winemakers and distilleries from around the world is celebrating its 11th year with a weekend of dinners, wine and spirits tastings, chef demos and more.
Featured chefs this year include Gabriel Kreuther, whose eponymous NYC restaurant was recently elevated to two Michelin stars. He will create a tasting menu to pair with back vintage wines from the resort’s award-winning Wine Cellar. As always, New Jersey chefs are showcased during the Festival, including Top Chef Season 16 contestant David Viana, who will be joining forces with Crystal Springs and Restaurant Latour Executive Chef Aishling Stevens, fellow Top Chef contender Eddie Konrad, and new Crystal Springs Executive Pastry Chef Matthew Siciliano (ex-Michael Mina, SF and Eleven Madison, NYC) for a 7-course dinner paired with boutique wines.
The weekend’s events offer something for everyone, from fun, interactive activities incorporating culinary elements such as Wine Yoga and Paso Paint and Sip, to tastings like Rose Champagne with Krug, Dom Perignon and Ruinart or 97 & Above, highlighting top-scoring wines (97 or more on a 100 point scale) to educational seminars such as The Art of Napa Cab to cocktail workshops like Mix it Up with Sagamore Spirits.
