"There are numerous legal issues to navigate to successfully protect your small business,” states Hooker. He continues, “If your business begins with a strong foundation, it will run efficiently and effectively as you grow.”
Hooker has a broad range of experience in representing business clients in all manners of planning including contracts, commercial liability, non-compete agreements, and business entity formation.
