Connect With Sussex Professionals & Employers at SCCC April 11

NEWTON – Sussex County Community College will host a special Business Skills and Networking Event (plus a mini job fair!) for career-minded individuals this April.
Join local business owners, SCCC alumni, and peers from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, for a free afternoon of networking and learning. The event is open to the community at large.
This event is ideal for those looking for a first job or new career. The schedule of events includes an opportunity for job seekers to meet local business representatives and apply for open positions, so bring a resume. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. will be the Business/Alumni Networking Session, and the Job Fair with a career search seminar held from 1:15 - 2 p.m.
Others benefitting from this unique event include businesspeople looking to make new connections, those seeking advice on starting their own company, and those who are just interested in learning more about business in the area.
The Business Skills and Networking Event is co-sponsored by the SCCC Business Department & SCCC Business Club. Refreshments will be served.
Sussex County Community College is located at One College Hill Road in Newton. The Networking Event will take place in the Student Center (D) Building.
