Homeowners Association plans rummage sale

The Lake Swanannoa Homeowners Association in Oak Ridge will be holding their annual Scholarship Rummage Sale on April 26-28 to raise money for local scholarships.

It will take place at 5477 Berkshire Valley Road in Oak Ridge from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. all 3 days. Parking for the event will be on Manor Drive off of Berkshire Valley Road. Donations of clothes, household items, holiday items, bric-a-brac, books, DVDs, CDs, Video Games, toys, decor, art, linens, sporting goods, costume jewelry, small furniture, small appliances, garden items and tools are also being received for the rummage sale through April 20.
