Ivana Tisma scored 11 points to help No. 13 Jefferson to a 35-19 win over No. 20 Whippany in the first round of the Morris County tournament.

Jefferson (5-11) built a 23-14 lead by the third quarter and limited the Wildcats to just three field-goal attempts in the fourth quarter.

Deanna Torsiello added nine points.

Madison Heusser and Julia Swan scored six points each for Whippany Park (6-9).
