    Jan. 14Quentin Mancuso, 69, of Brooklyn pleaed guilty to one count of conspiracy, a fourth-degree crime.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for Feb. 22.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to conspiring to fraudulently obtain a prescription for promethazine with codeine from Weis pharmacy in Newton.
    The case was investigated by Ptl. Edward Sperling of the Newton Police Department.
    Raymond Waters, 37, of Ogdensburg pleaded guilty to theft, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 22.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to taking an individual’s jewelry and cash between May and July 2015 in Hardyston Township.
    The case was investigated by Detective Michael Masters of the Hardyston Township Police Department.
    Marcus McIntyre, 26, of Hempstead, N.Y., pleaded guilty to theft, a crime of the fourth degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 22.
    The defendant admitted to purchasing four tires from Tire King with a fraudulent credit card.
    Noel Nieves, 30, of Dover pleaded guilty to one count of driving while suspected, a fourth-degree offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 22.
    The case was investigated by Corporal David Pridham of the Sparta Police Department.
    Erika Arcila, 28, of Branchville pleaded guilty to two counts of driving while suspended, both fourth-degree offenses.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 22.
    On April 18, 2018, upon being pulled over for a routine motor vehicle stop in Andover, Arcila admitted to Andover Law Enforcement that she was driving without a driver’s license and that her New Jersey driver’s license was suspended.
    The case was investigated by Ptl. Alex Price of the Andover Police Department.
    On Nov. 29, 2018, while driving on a suspended license, Arcila was apprehended by Sussex County Sheriff’s Officer, Det. Sgt. Scott Haggerty on a warrant for her arrest.
    Jan. 16Samantha Benson, 31, of Newton was sentenced to five years of probagion and 90 days of home detention with credit for two days of jail time. She was ordered to submit to a TASC evaluation and follow any and all recommendations made from same, attend AA meetings at least three times per week, maintain full-time employment, complete Intensive Outpatient Treatment, and pay fines and fees totaling $1,205.
    She pleaded guilty on Nov. 15, 2018, to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third-degree crime, two Violations of Probation, and Careless Driving, a motor vehicle violation.
    On June 18, 2018, the defendant was involved in a motor vehicle accident. She admitted to having heroin in her possession and to careless driving.
    Earl Wall, 54, of Hopatcong was sentenced to one year of probation with credit for 11 days of time served. His driver license was suspended for six months, and he was ordered to submit a DNA sample and pay fines and fees totaling $1,318.
    He pleaded guilty to exhibiting a false government-issued document, a third-degree crime, and to the motor vehicle offenses of driving while suspended and failure to produce a required document.
    Wall provided Byram police officers with a false driver license on March 10, 2018.
