Tara Scrittore’s kindergarten class in Hamburg School spent the week learning about the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
We learned he wanted to make the world a better place. In this spirit, the Kindergarten students colored cheerful drawings for Color A Smile, a not for profit organization in Morristown.
These drawings will be sent to military members overseas, Meal on Wheels recipients, and anyone who needs a smile. We completed this class service project to participate in the National Day of Service to honor Dr. King’s legacy.
