STOCKHOLM — Sparta-Jefferson United defeated West Morris Central High School in varsity hockey on Saturday, Dec. 22, at Skylands Ice World.

The final score was 2-0.

Jakob Sparks and Matt Redding both scored in the second period for Sparta-Jefferson United.

Sparta-Jefferson United goalkeeper Logan Hanek made 19 saves.

Team records are: Sparta-Jefferson United 2-6-1. West Morris Central Wolfpack 1-8.
