    Nov. 2Dmitry Mandrik, 37, of Jackson was charged with aggravated assault for striking police officers, resisting arrest, making terroristic threats and criminal mischief for damage that was done to the Ballyowen Clubhouse after police responded to a call in regards to an intoxicated male creating a disturbance at 10:36 p.m.
    Ptlm. Stickle, along with officers, from Hamburg Police arrived on scene and were met by an intoxicated shirtless agitated man who was being restrained by several people attending a wedding.
    Police said Mandrik would not respond to officers directions and became physical by pushing one of them away. Mandrik was quickly handcuffed by the officers but continued resisting until they were able to get him into the police vehicle. At Police headquarters, Mandrik continued to be combative and defiant, threatening to kill every officer that came in contact with him.
    He was transported to Sussex County jail.
