Nov. 5Alan Peterson, 55, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to possession of a prohibited weapon, a crime of the fourth degree.
Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 21.
The defendant admitted that when Hopatcong Police responded to a call for a possible residential disturbance he was in possession of a switchblade/butterfly knife.
Nov. 7Robert H. Fedder, III, 31, of Newark pleaded guilty to the third-degree crime of endangering the welfare of a child, and to the second-degree crime of sexual assault upon a child under the age of 13.
Sentencing is presently scheduled for Jan. 11, 2019.
