Franklin to hold vehicle auction

FRANKLIN BOROUGH – Franklin Borough will hold a public auction for the purpose of selling an abandoned motor vehicle, a 2014 Vokswagon Jetta at the borough police department on Saturday, oct. 27 at 10 a.m.
A 10 percent(cash or certified check) deposit will be required at the time of the sale/bid.
Bidder must pay balance within seven (7) days of the date of the sale and remove the vehicle at that time. Franklin Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids offered at this public auction.
Franklin Borough is not responsible for any accidents or injuries occurred during the auction or inspection of the abandoned vehicle. The motor vehicle will be auctioned in the condition it is viewed in. Franklin Borough will not pay for any restorations/improvements to be made to the auctioned motor vehicle.
