Green Team celebrates grand opening of new office building in Vernon, N.J.

VERNON, N.J. – The Green Team Home Selling System, located at 7 Main St., Warwick, has been serving clients in Orange County and the Hudson Valley for more than 13 years
Two years ago the firm extended those services to the residents and businesses of northern New Jersey when it opened an office in Vernon, an underserved market, just across the border from Warwick.
At that time Green Team Home Selling System founder Geoff Green and his New Jersey equity partners Kim Lasalandra, Charles Nagy and Ted VanLaar couldn’t foresee the rapid growth of Green Team New Jersey Realty.
However, utilizing the systems developed by Green, the Vernon office flourished and outgrew its original location.
And so on Thursday, Sept. 13, members of the Warwick and Vernon Chambers of Commerce joined Green, his New Jersey partners and sales associates to celebrate the official opening of the firm’s new office building at 293 South Route 94 in Vernon with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“Even though we’re here to celebrate the grand opening of the new building,” said Green. “It’s really a celebration of the people of the Green Team. In less than two years, Green Team New Jersey Realty has become one of the top 20 real estate agencies in all of Sussex County and is one of the top five in Vernon. And with 18 sales associates and a new home, the sky's the limit. We have good reason to celebrate.”
