Sussex Christian School celebrated its 60th anniversary on Sept. 6, 2018, the first day of the 2018-19 school year.
The school is celebrating 60 years of providing a strong, academic program to students in grades Kindergarten through 8th, in a Christian environment, for families in Northern New Jersey as well as neighboring areas of New York and Pennsylvania.
In its six decades of educating area children, Sussex Christian School has continued to nurture and mold each student for mature Christian service in the church and in the community and is very proud of its current student body and graduates. In addition to celebrating 60 years of opening their doors to students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade, the school introduced a new Pre-K program and will be holding their 40th annual Fall Festival, a fun-filled community day for the whole family on Saturday, Sept. 22, at the Sussex County Fairgrounds.
Sussex Christian School invites all parents who have committed their lives to Christ, who actively participate in a Bible believing church, and who desire to respond to God in loving obedience when He says to, "Train up a child in the way he should go..." (Proverbs 22:6), to send their children to Sussex Christian School.
Parents are encouraged to contact the school office to schedule a tour or for an Application for Admissions via phone 973-875-5595 or email office@sussexchristianschool.org.
