Sussex Borough man faceds drug charges

    FRANKLIN — A Sussex Borough man faces charges after the Franklin Borough Police Dept. investigated a narcotics complaint.
    Justin A. Tulloch, 23, was charged with two counts of possession of hashis, two counts of distribution of hashish, two counts of distribution of hashish within a school zone, specifically Franklin Elementary School and Hardyston Elementary school, also distribution of hashish within 500 feet of the Franklin pond/beach and recreation area.
    On Sept. 5, Franklin police executed a search warrant of a vehicle in after determining the operator was selling narcotics. The search warrant was obtained following an investigation by the Franklin Borough Police Department into alleged drug trafficking in and around the Borough of Franklin.
    As a result of the investigation and execution of the search warrant, Tulloch was arrested at his residence in Sussex Borough at approximately 8:30 a.m.
    Following his arrest, Tulloch was released in accordance with the guidelines on New Jersey's bail system.
