Leslie 'John' Shauger

Leslie “John” Shauger, known by family and friends as John, passed away Monday, Sept. 3, 2018 at Andover Subacute and Rehabilitation Center. John lived most of his life in New Jersey, born in Franklin Hospital to Ida “Mary” Shauger who predeceased him in 2005.
In his younger years, John enjoyed hunting and stock car races. He was very proud of our flag and country. He displayed his collection of Eagles in his room for all to see.
John is predeceased by a sister, Diane Shauger Williams(2007) and a niece, Melissa Lyn Struble(1985) and is survived by his 7 siblings, Carol Struble of Middletown, N.Y., Gary Southard of Huguenot, N.Y., David Brunell of Cuddebackville, N.Y., Joseph Brunell of Elmira, NY, Wanda Schumaci of Greenville, N.Y., Theresa Brunell of Wanaque, N.J., and Daniel Brunell of Matamoras, Pa. Dear uncle of Thomas Guerriere of Pikeville, Tenn., the son of Diane Shauger Williams and many other nieces and nephews.
