Milagro Saints. based in Raleigh NC, are a genre-defying, Americana/Blues and Folk-Rock band of unstoppable multi-instrumentalists. Featuring trombone, fiddle, accordion/organ, blues harp, mandolin, lap steel on top of a bedrock of bass, drums and electric guitars, playing original songs by lead singer/guitarist (and Englishman) SD Ineson.
The Saints’ sound is inspired by late 60’s and early seventies music which gave birth to the current Americana movement. The Woodstock-era essence of The Band, Dylan, Van Morrison and Neil Young, evolving into bands, like Wilco, Calexico, Hiss Golden Messenger and Deep Dark Woods and Ryan Adams’ Whiskeytown. Essentially the Saints’ music is based on a foundation of well crafted song-writing that honors the roots and authenticity of albums like ‘Harvest’ ’Music From The Big Pink’ and 'American Beauty.’
