    July 16Briana Sickel, 31, of Newton pleaded guilty to burglary, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is presently anticipated for Aug. 31.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to burglarizing a home in Byram on Feb. 9.
    July 20Anthony Wise, 56, of Camp Hill, Pa., was sentenced to five years in New Jersey State Prison on one count of eluding. Additionally, he was sentenced to serve eighteen months in New Jersey State Prison for Resisting Arrest, to run concurrent with his five year sentence.
    Wise pleaded guilty on January 9, 2019, to one count of Eluding (a second degree Crime), and one count of Resisting Arrest (a fourth degree crime).
    July 27David Riser, 50, of Newton was sentenced to three years probation, to complete a anger management programs as well as parenting classes. Riser was ordered to transfer his firearms to a licensed firearms dealer. Riser must also submit a DNA sample and pay mandatory fines and fees.
    Riser pleaded guilty on June 18 to one (1) count of False Statement, a fourth degree crime, and one (1) count of Simple Assault, a disorderly persons crime.
    July 30Jonathan J. Jimenez, 25, of Staten Island, N.Y., pleaded guilty to possession of a defrauding device, a crime of the fourth degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 21.
    The defendant admitted when he reported for drug testing he was in possession of a device used to defraud a drug test.
    Aug. 3Corianne Kinney, 35, of Ogdensburg was sentenced to three years of porbation.
    She also was ordered to complete 50 hours of community service, submit a DNA sample, and pay mandatory fines and fees.
    Kinney pleaded guilty on June 11, 2018 to two (2) counts of Intent to Defraud, third degree offenses; and two (2) counts of fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, third-degree offenses.
    Throughout 2017, Kinney made numerous purchases using her employer’s credit card without permission.
