George Clayton Bocchieri, 36 years old, died unexpectedly on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Born to George and Diane Bocchieri in Teaneck, N.J., he lived in Highland Lakes N.J., before moving to Hamburg, N.J., 14 years ago.
George received his BS in Sports Administration from Lock Haven University in PA. He took great joy in the outdoors, camping trips with his family and music appreciation.
George is the beloved son of George and Diane Bocchieri of Hamburg, NJ. Dear brother of Rachel Snook and her husband, Dean of Wantage Twp., N.J. Loving uncle of Dylan and Gabriella. Dear nephew of Suzanne Metaxas of Brick, N.J, Marianne Dilworth and her husband, Daniel of Sparta, N.J., Grace Hughes of Ashland, Va., Mark Bocchieri and his wife, Cheryl of Ridgefield Park, N.J. and Barbara O’Brien and her husband, Edwin of Huntington, LI, N.Y.. Cherished by many cousins.
The family will receive their friends at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94(1 Vanderhoof Court for GPS), Vernon, N.J., on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 1-6 p.m. Funeral service to follow at 6 p.m. Cremation is private.
