Gottheimer should represent the 5th District

Whether it is basketball or politics, Congressman Josh Gottheimer has the touch. He leads both of his GOP rivals, in a district, the 5th, once a GOP stronghold, in funding for his campaign. He is head and shoulders above each GOP candidate with his $3.9 dollars now on hand! Why? One reason is candidate Steve Lonegan is a perennial loser, with noise in all his races and the other McCann, a Bergen County Councilman is more of an unknown.
Josh Gottheimer is a thinker, and not afraid to roll his sleeves up! Eight of the nation’s top tax law scholars published an academic paper, which supports the Gottheimer tax cut plan, while his opponents are touting the President’s treatment of states like, New Jersey, New York and California on mortgage interest as a tax exemption. Indeed, Gottheimer works across the aisle with fellow Republicans that are part of the Problem Solver’s Caucus! Can anyone see Steve Lonegan working across the aisle on issues?
Gottheimer has pushed for the Immigration discharge petition, and has reached many GOP members of his bipartisan caucus to the dismay of the GOP leadership to bring it forth. I bring this up, as Gottheimer wins awards, as the recent U.S. Chamber of Commerce Award for his pro-growth policies illustrates. In addition, another award was given at the Lugar Center, and the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, which named Gottheimer, as the most bipartisan Democratic freshman Member of Congress based on their newly released Bipartisan Index for 2017.
Like a Billboard Record, Gottheimer is the rising bullet for his district, and his nation. Re-elect this freshman back to Congress.
