Angry Erik to host annual Memorial Day event
LAFAYETTE — Angry Erik Brewing will host its Annual Memorial Day Weekend “Support our Troops” Pint-Raiser Thursday, May 24 through Sunday, May 27.
For every pint sold at the brewery, Angry Erik Brewing will donate $1 to Uncle Sam’s Avengers Motorcycle Club, Inc.
“This fundraiser has grown each year, so we expect this year to be our biggest turnout yet,” Brewery co-owner Heide Hassing said. “Hopefully we get some nice weather Saturday or Sunday and the Avengers can do a motorcycle ride up here!”
The Avenger’s North Jersey Chapter supports our local community by organizing and participating in events that assist Active Duty Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and children or families in need of our help.
Last year Angry Erik donated $566 to The Avenger’s North Jersey Chapter. In previous years, the brewery donated $485 to the Kosa Veterans Center in Franklin; $387 to the Sussex County Community College Student Veterans Emergency Relief; and $327 to the Wounded Warrior Project.

King Knut, Maple Brown Ale, Cordially Cupid, Porter w/ Chocolate & Cherries.
Uncle Sam's Avengers Motorcycle Club, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, founded in 2009 in Morris County, New Jersey. Their mission is to bring together a group of patriots who share an enthusiasm of motorcycles and promote this enthusiasm throughout the community with our camaraderie through group rides, and charitable events.
Angry Erik Brewing is located at 10 Millpond Drive, Unit #8 in Lafayette. Tasting room hours for tours, tastings, pints and growler fills are: Thursday, 5-8 PM; Friday, 4-8 PM; Saturday, 12-8 p.m.; and Sunday, 12-6 p.m.
