    Peggy Ann Kosen (nee Kozlak), 63, surrounded by her family, passed away on Monday May 7, 2018. Peggy was born on June 10, 1954 in East Orange, NJ to the late George and Jeanne (nee Schmidt) Kozlak. Peggy was a resident of East Hanover, Toms River and Vernon for the last 26 years.
    Peggy was a homemaker and took good care of her family. She enjoyed her gardens and grandchildren. Peggy will be remembered for cruising around in her convertible, and her delicious Sunday dinners. She was a parishioner at St. Francis de Sales Church.
    Peggy was predeceased by her parents and a sister-in-law, Fran Kozlak.
    Peggy was the beloved wife for 47 years to John Kosen, devoted mother of Melissa Carr and her husband David of Vernon, Heather Kosen of Hamburg and Thomas Kosen and his wife Erica of Wantage, and her three cherished grandchildren, Jack, Grace and Brantley, and her two brothers. Donald Kozlak of Dingmans Ferry and Bob Kozlak and his wife Doreen of Toms River.
    Relatives and friends will be received on Thursday May 10th from 4-8 p.m. at the Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home 241 Rt. 94, Vernon, NJ (GPS use 1 Vanderhoof Court), and are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Service on Friday, May 11, at 10 a.m., cremation services are private.
