A suspect in an alleged sexual assault on March 30 faces additional charges after police executed a search warrant on Thursday, April 5.
Teressa Nussbaum was charged with possession of MDMA/Ecstasy.
The investigation as previously reported led to the arrest of 31-year-old, Robert H. Fedder and Nussbaum, 48 of Franklin. Nussbaum was charged with several counts of endangering the welfare of a child and Fedder was charged with various sexual assault offenses. As previously reported the investigation is continuing as a search warrant was executed at Nussbaum's home. Police said MDMA/Ecstasy is a synthetic, psychoactive drug chemically similar to the stimulant methamphetamine and the hallucinogen mescaline.
She is scheduled to appear before CJP on the same date she is already scheduled to appear on the charges of child endangerment, she was issued earlier in the week.
The investigation is still ongoing and additional complaints may follow.
