Bolcato named chiarmon of SCARC Foundation

Angelo J. Bolcato, a partner at Laddey, Clark & Ryan, LLP and Chair of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group, has been named Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The SCARC Foundation, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was founded in 1985 to provide planning and funding for current and future programs for people with developmental disabilities who are currently served by SCARC, Inc. and SCARC Guardianship Services, Inc.

The SCARC Foundation’s Board of Trustees is comprised of influential business and community leaders.

Mr. Bolcato was previously Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The SCARC Foundation.

“I have been involved with the SCARC Foundation for years and am honored to have the opportunity to serve as its board chairman,” says Bolcato. “It is gratifying to be able to play a part in its vital mission.”

Mr. Bolcato, past Chairman of the Board of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, continues to serve as a member of the Chamber’s board. As Chair of Laddey, Clark & Ryan’s Business Law Group, Mr. Bolcato routinely assists business clients in developing sensible, cost effective strategies when acquiring or selling their businesses and commercial real estate.
