Sussex County Community College (SCCC) is registering students for their three Summer Sessions to help students get a jump on their college education.
SCCC is accepting registrations for their summer sessions for all current, visiting and new students.
These Summer Sessions are open to anyone looking to earn college credits. These credits can be transferred to any college or university provided the accepting institution approves of the course.
SCCC’s Summer Sessions are available with Summer I running May 21 through June 25, Summer II running July 9 through Aug. 9, and New Summer III running June 25 through Aug. 8.
SCCC’s tuition allows students to complete general education requirements at a substantial savings. Courses for the summer sessions include Algebra, Anatomy & Physiology I, Art History, Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Computer Concepts, Effective Speaking, English Composition I & II, Macroeconomics, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, US History and many more. Students have a choice of attending morning and/or evening classes with some courses available online.
High school students can also get a jump on their college education once they graduate by taking a course in the Summer Session II and III. This offers them a way to start college courses, at a substantial savings, before heading off to a 4-year college. For students attending SCCC first, it gives them the perfect way to get ahead.
