CrossFit Skunk, the first and only CrossFit Gym in this area is proud to invite you to their grand opening on Saturday, Feb. 24, from noon until 4 p.m. at 46 Route 94, in Vernon.

Deb Chase, owner and founder will be available to answer any of your CrossFit questions! She couldn’t be happier “to create a positive community where everyone is comfortable walking through the door on their very first day to help them achieve their fitness goals”.

By definition is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. It is comprised of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more as these are the core movements of life.

“CrossFit changed my life”, said owner Deb Chase. “I was an overweight, full-time working mom of two young children and lost sight of myself. I started in 2011, and never looked back”.

CrossFit is a 1-hour program, designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. No matter what you’re personal fitness goals are, Deb wants to provide you with a level of expertise that will be nothing like you have ever received from a regular Gym.
