Shannan M. Dunkerley

Shannan M. Dunkerley, age 34, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018, at Lakeview Rehabilitation and Care Center in Wayne. Born in Pequannock Township, Shannan had lived in Sussex County for most of her life. She had been a member and participant of Capital Care services. Shannan was full of life, always had a smile, and touched the hearts of all that knew her. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, Robert Dunkerley; her maternal grandparents, Harrison and Margaret Ballard; her uncle, Rodney Ballard; and her aunt, Jessica Dunkerley. Shannan is survived by her father, Robert Dunkerley and his partner Janet of Hewitt; her mother, Anita (Ballard) Dunkerley of Lafayette; her brothers, Sean Dunkerley and his wife Nicole of Sussex and Scott Dunkerley of Hamburg; her grandmother, Margaret Parrish and her husband, Jim; her nieces, Reese, Avery, and Harper; her aunt, Patricia Dunkerley; her uncles, Joseph Dunkerley and his wife Jean, Tim Dunkerley, and Patrick Dunkerley; her cousins, Lisa, Michael, and Kyle Dunkerley; and her doting boyfriend, Kevin. Private funeral services were held at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangments were entrusted to the Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank Street (Route 23), Sussex.
