Realty Executives plan seminar on foreclosed properties

    The Real Deal Team of Realty Executives®—Sparta will present The Ins and Outs of Buying Foreclosed Properties — a free real estate seminar designed for buyers, new investors, and flippers to learn about the process of purchasing foreclosed properties on Thursday, Feb. 8 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Mohawk Country Club.
    Attendees will hear from Northern New Jersey's leading experts in real estate and will learn about the risks and rewards of buying foreclosed homes.

    The group has assembled experts in real estate law, lending institutions, title companies, and home inspections to provide a learning forum for our community to learn more about the current market. Attendees will learn what to expect during a foreclosure purchase and will have an opportunity to ask questions to anyone from our panel. Appetizers and refreshments during our meet-and-greet cocktail hour will be provided and attendees will have the chance to win door prizes in our Real Deal Raffle.
