Hamburg man faces multiple weapon charges

A Hamburg man faces gun charges after Franklin police investigated a firearms complaint.
Russell J. Watt, 38, was charged on Tuesday with possession an arsenal of firearms at his place of business, and the unlawful possession of assault firearms and ammunition after the execution of a search warrant.
Police said they seized long guns, hand guns, semi-automatic weapons, fully automatic machine guns, high capacity magazines and hollow point bullets.
The investigation is ongoing.
Police also said several firearms and high-capacity ammunition were seized at the time of the warrant execution and Watt was charged with 12 counts of manufacturing and possessing various semi and full automatic weapons and ammunition.
Watt was held at the Sussex County Jail.
