Lakeland Bank announces promotions

Thomas J. Shara, president and chief executive officer of Lakeland Bank recently announced the following officer promotions.
Henrik Tvedt, Jr. to Senior Vice President, Product & Delivery Channel Manager, Oak Ridge
Tvedt joined Lakeland in May 2014 as the vice president, Product and Delivery Channel Manager. Prior to joining the bank, he held positions at Sovereign Bank, North Jersey Community Bank, Customers Bank, and Colonial American Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and holds a certificate for Training in Proactive Relationship Banking. Tvedt is a resident of Boonton.
Ruth Lenihan to Vice President, Underwriter II, Oak Ridge
Lenihan joined Lakeland in April 1994 as teller. In 1995 she moved to the credit department, then to the Mortgage department in 1998 where she advanced to Mortgage Loan Specialist. Lenihan was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, Mortgage Loan Specialist in 2011 and to assistant vice president, Underwriter II in 2013. She is a graduate of Hackettstown High School and has attended several Fannie Mae and AIB training classes. Lenihan resides in Chester, N.Y.
Michele Jacobs to Assistant Vice President, Management Accounting, Oak Ridge
Jacobs joined Lakeland in April 2000 as a part-time Imaging Operator and transferred to Deposit Operations as a Deposit Operations Clerk in 2005. In 2010, she transferred to the Finance department as an Accounting Clerk, was promoted to Management Accounting Assistant in 2013 and to Assistant Treasurer in 2015. Jacobs earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from DeVry University. She resides in Franklin.
Melissa Tadiello to Assistant Treasurer, Sr. BSA, Fraud Analyst, Milton Operations.
Tadiello joined Lakeland in June 2013 as a BSA Analyst and was promoted to Senior BSA, Fraud Analyst in June 2016. She received an Employee of the Quarter Award in 2016. Prior to joining the bank, she worked at Kearny Federal Savings Bank as a Teller and Customer Service Representative before transferring to the BSA department. Tadiello earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Ida College. She resides in Sussex County.
