Hardyston volunteers honored

HARDYSTON — Dave Van Ginneken and Mary Purcell were each presented with volunteer awards during Hardyston Day on Saturday, Sept. 23, at Wheatsworth Sports and Recreation Complex in Hardyston.
Dave and Mary, members of the Hardyston Recreation Committee since 2013, have devoted endless hours each year to ensure successful recreation programs for the community. Together, they have assisted with various programs for all ages.
Dave received the Mayor’s Volunteer Award and Mary received the Township Council Volunteer Award.
