SUSSEX COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S REPORT

Aug. 18Rachael Horner, 33, of Jersey City was sentenced to three years of probation with 234 days jail credit. Horner was also ordered to complete a TASC evaluation and to pay mandatory fines and fees. 
Horner pleded guilty on July 10 to one count of burglary, a third-degree crime and one count of child abuse/neglect, a fourth-degree crime. 
Aug. 29Tony Laterra, 23, of Palisades Park pleaded guilty to one count of fales public alarms, a third-degree crime.
Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 13.
Sept. 7Darian M. Perkins, 21 of Sussex pleaded guilty to four counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree theft and one count of fourth-degree theft.
Sentencing is sheduled for Oct. 27.
The defendant admitted to burglarizing the Sussex Borough DPW garage, taking various items from the garage.  He also admitted to breaking into the sheds and garages of various Wantage Township and Sussex Borough residents taking items such has lawn mowers, leaf blowers, snow blowers, saws and various other yard tools. All of these crimes 
were committed over a period of several days in May, 2017.
