High Point football tops Jefferson, 20-19

Chad Musilli scored two touchdowns, leading High Point ot a 20-19 win over Jefferson Township on Friday, Sept. 8.
Running back Jake Philip also scored a touchdown for the Wildcats.
Jefferson quarterback Anthony Johnson threw the ball for 258 yards and three touchdowns. Andrew Benfatti made nine receptions for 100 yards and scored two touchdowns for Jefferson. Benfatti also accomplished one interception on defense. Paul Monaco caught one pass good for a touchdown for Jefferson. Linebacker Nick Miller lead Jefferson defensively making 12 tackles and recording 1 sack.
