Annie Palmer coming to Garden of Life

WANTAGE — Annie Palmer, bioacoustics research associate and sound therapist will be providing a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath this Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Garden of Life Massage & Yoga Center in Wantage.
Based on the science of sound and its profound healing effect on the body and mind, this provides a "sound bath" that supports a state of deep relaxation. It will leave participants feeling rested and rejuvenated.
