Thomas Oakley Richards

Thomas Oakley Richards, Jr., 53 years old, died peacefully after a long illness at his father’s residence in Westtown, N.Y., on Saturday, July 29, 2017. Born in Newton, N.J., he has been a Sussex County resident all of his life.
Thomas had worked as a project manager at Home Depot and then as a laborer for J-Bar Corp. in Andover, N.J., for many years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed working outside in his yard.
Thomas is the beloved son of Elizabeth Richards of Ogdensburg, N.J., and Thomas O. Richards, Sr. and his wife Anita of Westtown, N.Y. Loving father of Jennifer Richards of Ogden, UT.
