Cugliari promoted to lieutenant

Gregory Cugliari of the Franklin Police Department rose to the rank of lieutenant during a private ceremony at Borough Hall in Franklin on Tuesday,
Cugliari became a Franklin police officer in June of 2007 and rose to the rank of sergeant in January of 2012.
Lieutenant Gregory Cugliari has won multiple awards during his career, including multiple Life Saving Awards, Exceptional Duty Awards, and Command Citations.
He has served in both the patrol and administrative divisions of the Franklin Police Department. He will now command, manage, and administer all activities within Patrol and Administrative Division of the Franklin Police Department.
Lieutenant Cugliari is currently a Firearms Instructor and Firearms Unit Supervisor within the Borough Police Department. Lieutenant Cugliari is a field training unit supervisor, head of the Internal Affairs division, training coordinator supervisor, Hostage Negotiation Unit Supervisor, and a Special Events Coordinator for the Franklin Police Department.
