In Sussex, grand opening at Get Juiced

SUSSEX — The grand opening of Get Juiced will take place on Saturday, Aug. 12, from 12 to 1 p.m., at 4 Hamburg Place. Sussex, at the old Prouts Diner.
Get Juiced creates healthy, organic snack and beverage alternatives from vegetables that they grow at home and purchase from local farmers and growers in the United States.
Samples will be available of the organic snacks and beverages, along with live mural art. music. demos. family fun art and activities.
On display will be the community art projects that were created for Mountain Murals and Music, which is an art and music festival in Sussex County sponsored by Get Juiced.
The vision of Get Juiced is to hold a space available for the community to utilize as a healthy gathering place. The couple's dream is to share their accumulation of knowledge from years of research on how to grow, prepare and store nutritious food, what to eat and why.
Stefanie and Bob·s goal is to both impact the local economy as well as raise awareness about the importance of food consumption on health nationally.
