June 2Austin May, 34, of Wantage was sentenced to 5 years of probation on condition that he completes 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility SLAP program, submit a DNA sample, undergo random urine monitoring, continue current treatment program, pay $546.88 in restitution, and pay $155 in fines and fees.
He pleaded guilty on Feb. 15, 2017, to third-degree fraudulent use of a credit card.
In November 2016, the defendant used a stolen credit card, which was taken from a Hampton home, to make several purchases at various businesses.
Adrienne Wieladek, 40, of Branchville was sentenced to three years of probation. She was ordered to submit to a TASC evaluation and follow the recommendations made from same at the discretion of probation, continue current treatment, obtain and maintain employment, submit a DNA sample at her own expense, attend AA/NA meetings weekly and get a sponsor, and pay fines and fees totaling $2,410.
She pleaded guilty on April 10, 2017, to two counts of Attempting to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, a third-degree crime. 
The defendant called Wantage Rite Aid Pharmacy and Newton Rite Aid Pharmacy on Oct. 21, 2016, and attempted to order prescriptions for Xanax.
Anthony Fowler, 42, of Hopatcong was sentenced to 30 months of probation. Fowler also was ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees.
Fowler pled guilty on April 3, 2017, to one count of Criminal Mischief, a disorderly persons offense and one count of simple assault, a disorderly persons offense. 
On Dec. 6, 2016, Fowler was arrested for terroristic threats and criminal mischief. On Dec. 24, 2016, Fowler was arrested for aggravated assault and possession of a weapon.  
June 5Shane Barretto, 38, of Sussex pleaded guilty to false reports to law enforcement, a fourth-degree crime.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 21.

On Jan. 1, 2017, the defendant called 9-1-1 to report an assault on him in Sussex. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted that he made up the story.
June 9Thomas Varela, 34, of Hamburg was sentenced to 364 days in Keough Dwyer Correctional Facility and four years of probation. He was ordered to complete inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation, the D.E.C.I.D.E. program, and parenting classes. Varela was also ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees. 
Varela pled guilty on April 17, 2017 to one count of aggravated assault, a third-degree offense and one count of child abuse, a fourth-degree offense. 
On July 17, 2016, Varela was arrested for aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.  
Janice Davis, 37, of Andover was sentenced to three years of probation with jail credit for 174 days’ time served. She was ordered to submit to a TASC evaluation and follow any and all recommendations made from same, submit a DNA sample at her own expense, make joint and several restitution in the amount of $814.10, and pay fines and fees totaling $1,280.
She pleaded guilty on April 25, 2017, to six counts of burglary, a third-degree crime; Fraudulent Use of a Credit card, a third degree crime; two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, a third degree crime; and Receiving Stolen Property, a fourth degree crime.
The defendant conspired with another individual and entered two vehicles in Newton on Dec. 8, 2016, and used a stolen credit card to purchase items at the Newton Quick Chek. She and her co-defendant agreed to enter a vehicle in Andover Boro on Dec. 12, 2016, and three vehicles in Andover Township on Dec. 17 and 18, 2016. 
Defendant also received property that she knew was stolen on Dec. 18, 2016, in Andover Township.
