May 12Jason Kiss, 46, of Hamburg was sentenced to 2 years of probation, continued treatment, a mental health evaluation, anger management, counseling, TASC, fines and fees.
He pleaded guilyt on March 30 to one count of making terroristic threats, a third-degree offense, one count of resisting arrest, a fourth-degree offense.
May 19Thomas A. Russo, III, 28, of Sussex was sentenced to 18 months of probation with 10 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional FAcility, can apply for SLAP program, letter of apology to the victim and DNA sample, fines/fees.
He pleaded guilty on April 10, 2017, to one count of theft of property lost/mislaid property, a third-degree offense.
May 24Jonathan Turkowsky, 35, of California, formerly of Glenwood, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous subtance, a fourth-degree crime.
Sentencing is shceduled for Dec. 22.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to possessing more than five grams of hashish in Vernon Township on July 20, 2016.
