SPARTA — Jefferson Township High School defeated Sparta High School in varsity baseball on Monday, May 15. The final score was 4-3.
The game was the second meeting between the Jefferson Falcons and the Sparta Spartans in less than one month.
On May 1, Jefferson beat Sparta 8-7 in Oak Ridge.
Jefferson falls to 10-11 while Sparta improves to 6-14.
