Dorothy E. Springer

Dorothy E. Springer, 94, died Sunday May 21, 2017, at Newton Medical Center. Ms. Springer, daughter of the late Harold and Sarah (Gregory) Springer was born in Hamburgj on Sept. 19, 1922. She has been a lifelong resident of Hamburg.
Ms. Springer was a clerk at the Hamburg Post Office before retiring. Lovingly known as Aunt Dottie by both family and friends, she leaves us with memories of her laughter, her compassion and her love.
Ms. Springer was predeceased by a brother, John Springer and 2 sisters, Anna DeVita and Margaret Zobott. She is survived by a sister, Carol Touw of Branchville along with 3 generations of nieces and nephews.
