VERNON — Cole Genneken scored five goals with two assists, leading Vernon to a 14-4 win over Jeffers on Friday, May 19, in the North Jersey, Group 2 quarterfinals.
Brendan Lews added three goals and four assists for the Vikings (13-6). Dylan Schiedle scored two goals and Zack Biango made two assists.
Goalkeeper Mike Alvarez made seven saves for Vernon.
Jefferson fell to 17-5.
