Crystal Springs plans Mother's Day brunch

    Crystal Springs Resort celebrates Mother’s Day weekend Saturday, May 13, and Sunday, May 14, with festive brunches, special events and a free round of golf for Mom.
    Restaurant Latour will serve an elegant Mother’s Day Brunch where guests can enjoy a two- or three-course meal ($55 and $75 respectively) from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. with multiple enticing options such as Cured Salmon on an everything bagel with cucumber, Sea Trout with milled grains, crème fraiche and trout roe or Wagyu Flatiron with blue cheese and lettuce soup and Graham Cracker Sponge Cake for dessert.
    Crystal Tavern will serve a special 3-course brunch menu ($39) from 11am-4pm with choice of options for each course including Smoked Cod with asparagus and radish or Duck Broth with couscous for appetizers, Cannelloni with braised rabbit and baby carrots or Duck Leg with bacon and spring pea salad for an entrée and a Rhubarb Panna Cotta with shortbread and Citrus with coffee and hazelnuts for dessert.
