    April 7Donald Neubauer, 49, of Newton was sentenced to 364 days in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility, fines, fees and restitution to Sussex County Social Services in the amount of $1,474.48.
    He pleaded guilty on Feb. 28 to two counts of Violation of Probation, and one count of misuse of benefits, a fourth-degree offense.
    Daniel J. Wolf, 23, ,of Randolph was sentenced to 4 years of probation on condition that he undergo a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, complete 100 hours community service, submit a DNA sample, undergo random urine monitoring, obtain/maintain gainful employment, attend a mutual support group twice a week, and pay $1,451.00 in fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on Feb. 21, third-degree Possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
    In July of 2016, the defendant was found to be operating his motor vehicle carelessly in Hopatcong. Defendant was found to be in possession of heroin at the time of the motor vehicle stop.
    April 10Patrick Shevlin, 27, of Montague pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 26.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of 50 wax folds of heroin on September 20, 2016, in Montague.
    Lisa Moscato, 30, of Sussex pleaded guilty to third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
    Sentencing is scheudled for May 26.
    The defendant admitted she was in possession of cocaine while she was at the Vernon Police Department regarding a different matter.
    Justin Dondero, 28, of Frnaklin pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a crime of the third degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 26.
    The defendant admitted to being in possession of heroin when stopped by Franklin police.
    Jessica Lawless, 27, of Hopatcong pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 26.
    On Feb. 6, the defendant’s vehicle was stopped for motor vehicle violations. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of four bags of crack cocaine.
    Frank Mondella, III, 32, of Sussex pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license for a second or subsequent DWI, a crime of the fourth degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 26.
    The defendant admitted that be was driving with a suspended license for a second or subsequent DWI when stopped by Hardyston Police.
    Adrienne Wieladek, 40, of Branchville, pleaded guilty to two counts of attempting to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, a third-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 18.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to calling Wantage Rite Aid Pharmacy and Newton Rite Aid Pharmacy on Oct. 21, 2016, and attempting to order prescriptions for Xanax.
    April 13Charles Puryear, 31, pleaded guilty to first-degree armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon.
    His plea agreement exposes himf to a 30-year prison term. Sentencing is scheduled for June 2.
    On December 4, 2011, Mr. Puryear and codefendant Marcus Brown entered a motel room at the Rolling Hills Motel in Wantage. Mr. Puryear was armed with a .22 Walther semi-automatic handgun and codefendant Marcus Brown was armed with a .410/.45 Cobray combination derringer.  After gaining access to the room, they confronted two victims, H.H. and E.F.. Inside the room, the defendants discharged their firearms. A physical struggle ensued inside the motel room and the Defendants stole property belonging to the victims.
    A witness in an adjoining room called 911 after hearing the gunshots and the New Jersey State Police responded to the scene. The defendants were able to escape from the motel room through a back window as the New Jersey State Police arrived.  Both defendants were ultimately apprehended less than a half mile from the scene. 
    The victims were subsequently treated at the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
    Brittney Wahnon, 23, of Hawley, Pa., was sentenced to three years of probation.
    She was ordered to complete 200 hours of community service, continue with drug treatment, cooperate and testify truthfully if co-defendants do not plead guilty, and pay fines and fees totaling $1,205.
    She pled guilty on November 14, 2016, to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime.
    On March 5, 2016, Sparta Township Police stopped a car for motor vehicle violations.  She was a passenger in the car and was in possession of heroin.
