Local scouts conduct food drive

FRANKLIN — Franklin Troop 90 Boy Scouts in combination with the Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts, held a food drive where nearly 40 bags of food were collected from residents of Franklin.
The Scouts distributed bags throughout town on one weekend and picked up all the bags with donations the week after. They collated all of the bags at the troop shed on Main Street and dropped all the donations off to the Franklin Samaritan Center in town.
