Delores F. Nugent

Dolores F. Nugent, 82, died Tuesday March 28, 2017 at Bristol Glen in Newton. Mrs. Nugent, daughter of the late Alfred and Elizabeth Ann (Smith) Petzold was born in Clifton April 16, 1934. She had resided in Hamburg for most of her life moving to Bristol Glen in 2015.
Mrs. Nugent was a registered nurse having graduated from St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Clifton.
She was predeceased by her husband Paul R. Nugent in 2011 and her daughter, Mary Nugent Shivietz in 2015. Mrs. Nugent is survived by her sons, Joseph Nugent and his wife Laurel of Oak Ridge, Patrick Nugent and his wife Beth of Swartswood Lake, John Nugent and his wife Jean of Hampton Twp. and Thomas Nugent and his wife Tammy of Hummelstown, PA; 8 grandchildren, Stephen, Danielle, Gabrielle, Nichole, Megan, Zachary, Matthew and Elizabeth as well as her sister, Joan Bandy & her husband Bill of Acworth, Ga.
Funeral services will be held Saturday April 1, 2017 at 9:15 a.m. from F. John Ramsey Funeral Home One Main St. Franklin to Immaculate Conception RC Church, Franklin for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Warwick, NY.
