    March 10William Vanluvender, 44, of Newton was sentenced to three years of probation and credit for 80 days of time served.
    He was ordered to obtain/maintain employment, submit a DNA sample at his own expense, and pay restitution of $1,700 and fines and fees totaling $355.
    He pleaded guilty on Jan. 31 to theft, a third-degree crime, theft, a fourth-degree crime, two counts of forgery, a third-degree crime, and theft by deception, a third-degree crime.   
    The defendant took and forged a check in January of 2016 in Andover Township and cashed it at a place in Parsippany. He also accepted deposits in May and June of 2016 from Byram residents to perform tree services but never did the work or returned the money.
    James Rosenski, 47, of Hampton was sentenced to 270 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility for drivingt with a suspended license for a second or subsequent DWI violation, a fourth-degree crime, to run concurrently with 180 days in jail for the motor vehicle offenses of driving while intoxicated.
    He must serve 180 days before being eligible for parole. His driver's license was ordered suspended for 10 years, and he must use an ignition interlock device for three years, submit a DNA sample at his own expense, and pay fines and fees totaling $2,508.
    He pleaded guilty on Dec. 19, 2016, to driving While suspended for a second or subsequent DWI violation, a fourth-degree crime, and the motor vehicle offenses of driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a breath test.
    The defendant was driving while intoxicated in Hampton Township on March 17, 2016, while his license was suspended for prior driving while intoxicated convictions.
    Adam Pappas, 24, of Sparta was sentenced to 180 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Faciity with credit for 177 days already served. He also must submit a DNA sample and pay $155 in court fines and fees.
    He pleaded guilty on Sept. 1, 2016, to criving while suspended for a second or subsequent DWI. 
    The defendant was found to be operating a motor vehicle by Newton Police when his driver’s license was suspended.
    Dallas Kruzelnick, 32, of Wantage pleaded guilty to four counts of third-degree possession of controlled dangerous substance and motor vehicle violation dirving while under the influence, second offense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 5.
    The defendant admitted that in February of 2016 he was in possession of heroin and cocaine when New Jersey State Police responded to a report of an unconscious male sitting in his car in the roadway. The defendant had been shaken awake by EMTs before Troopers arrived. He also admitted that in a separate incident in November of 2016 he was in possession of heroin and cocaine when pulled over by Sparta Police for swerving into another lane while driving.
    March 12Pedro Rodriguez, 60, of Middletown, N.Y. pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, a fourth-degree crime.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 12.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to operating a motor vehicle in Sparta Township on Sept. 25, 2016, while his driver's license was suspended for a second driving while intoxicated conviction.
    The case was investigated by Patrolman Chris Favaro of the Sparta Township Police Department.
    March 13Amanda Conklin, 33, of Vernon pleaded guilty to unlawful taking of a means of conveyance, a fourth-degree crime, and failure to turn over a controlled dangerous substance, a disorderly persons offfense.
    Sentencing is scheduled for April 21.
    In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to taking her mother’s car without permission and having three paper folds containing heroin residue.
    March 16Stephen K. Castimore, 23, of Sussex Borough was indicted on one count of robbery, a first-degree crime, one count of robbery, a second-degree crime, one count of possession of a wedding, a third-degree crime, one count of unlawful possession of a weapon, a fourth-degree crime, one count of theft of moeveable property, a third-degree crime, one count of aggravated assault, a second-degree crime, one count of aggravated assault, a third-degree crime and one count of possession of a controlled dangerous sbustance, a third-degree crime.
    The case was investigated by the New Jersey State Police and the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office.
    The case was presented to the Grand Jury by Assistant Prosecutor Seana Pappas.  Arraignment before the Superior Court in Newton will be within the next 6 weeks.
    March 20William Brovich, 33, of Franklin pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a crime of the third degree.
    Sentencing is scheduled for May 12.
    The defendant admitted that he was in possession of heroin when he was found by Vernon Police slumped over the steering wheel of his car on the side of the road.
