Frances Fegley Hartmann

Frances Fegley Hartmann, 86, of Franklin went home to be with the Lord on March 24, 2017. Born on July 11, 1930, to William and Rosalind Fegley in Clifton, N.J., where she was raised, and graduated from Clifton High School. .
She was predeceased by her brothers, William, David, and Donald Fegley. She is survived by seven children; her daughters Edye and Howard Dumhart of Pennington, JoAnne Strilec of Mine Hill; her sons Hank and Janet Hartmann of Brunswick, Ohio, Triplet boys: Thomas and Kathy Hartmann of Franklin, Richard Hartmann of Greer, SC, William and Mary Anne Hartmann of Franklin; and Edward Hartmann and Florence McGaheran of Franklin; grandchildren Sandra, Janelle, and Samantha Carretero, Justin and Danielle Dumhart, Henry IV and Dillon Hartmann, and Holly Hartmann.
Frances was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church first in Wayne, N.J., and for the past 30 years at the Vernon United Methodist Church, in Vernon. Her simple faith, generous heart, and devotion to Jesus Christ were evident to all who knew her. Frances was an active supporter of a children’s ministry in Paterson for over 40 years. Frances also was an avid photographer, photographing flowers, wildlife, and family gatherings. Frances had a great love for children’s poetry and would often read poetry to children.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 29, 2017, 11 a.m. at F John Ramsey Funeral Home 1 Main St, Franklin, NJ 07416. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus, N.J. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
