Two face drug charges in Franklin

FRANKLIN — Two people are facing charges after Franklin police received complaints of narcotics distribution on Main Street near Junction Street.
Parolee Robert Michael Terzano, 25, of Franklin was charged with multiple counts of possession of heroin and distribution of heroin. He also was charged with distribution in a school zone and within 500 feet of a park/public building. Terzano also allegedly distributed various narcotics in a school zone and public park areas. He also is an alleged member of the Latin King gang.
Cheyenne Schultz, 23, also of Franklin, was charged with multiple counts of possession of horoin and distribution of heroin. She also was charged with distribution in a school zone and within 500 feet of a park/public building. Ms. Schultz is alleged to have distributed various narcotics in a school zone and public park area.
Terzano and Schultz were arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at their residence at about 6 a.m. Police said Terzano faces 13 criminal charges related to possession and distribution of narcotics. Terzano was lodged in the Sussex County Jail pending his first appearance in Superior Court.
Schultz faces eight criminal charges and was released pending an appearance in Sussex County Superior Court.
Investigation is ongoing by Franklin police Detective Bureau and additional arrests may follow.
