Marjorie B. Kovach

    Marjorie B. Kovach, 90, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017. Marjorie was born in Goshen, N.Y. on Feb. 23, 1926, to the late Alfred and Buelah (nee Webb) Berger. She was a longtime resident in Franklin and the last 10 years in Oak Ridge.
    Marjorie was a mortgage processor for the Bank of New York (formerly known as National Community Bank) in Franklin and Mount Arlington and, after 25 years service she retired 30 years ago. She volunteered with Meals on Wheels for several years after she retired. Marge was a Derek Jeter Fan and enjoyed watching college basketball games.
    Marge was predeceased by her husband, John S. Kovach in 1996.
    She is survived by her children, Donna Kent and her husband, Terry, of Lake Hopatcong, Jill Kovach and her husband Frank Cappelle of Stockton, and Jack Kovach of Hardyston Township and her six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and her sister, Eleanor Bisso of Bay Shore, LI, NY.
